The room had a breezy balcony. It added to the experience. free, safe parking was available in the basement. It made coming and going very easy.

amal managed check-in and check-out efficiently. the room was a good size, with a very comfy bed. the balcony was breezy. the staff displayed extraordinarily good behaviour. i found free and safe parking in the basement.

the bathroom sliding door, while functional, was a little annoying for me.

This hotel has a great location a short distance from fifth avenue. It is also a quick car ride to the main highway. a grocery store downstairs offers extra convenience. the area safety was good to walk around.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It had many choices. the rooftop bar provided excellent service, especially thanks to brian. the food was AMAZING!!! more specifically the variety and quality of the options was superb.

The room had excellent cleanliness and a modern design. the wifi was perfect. I took many work video calls on it without issue. the shower, bathroom, and bed were clean and great, felt quite upscale.

I loved the roof pools. They provided a great way to enjoy views. i was close to fifth avenue, a place full of nightlife and restaurants. the gym is clean and spacious. It includes cardio machines, an adjustable bench, a leg press, and dumbbells. the room service seemed efficient and quick.

New doesn't mean good. The staircase to the emergency doors ares screwed shut?! also, music on the pool deck is awfully laud when everyone trying to sleep. It also plays commercials.

staff exhibited extraordinary good behaviour and were amicable. a person at the front desk made a nice impression. Dino, at the front desk, was especially helpful at check-in.
